It is to celebrate our stars who despite the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on schooling, have continued to break grounds to contribute to the development of society Our teachers hold the key to our future and we celebrate them as shining stars. WHAT IS THE AIM? The Maltina Teacher of the Year initiative aims to recognize and celebrate exceptional teachers in Nigeria. The initiative is open to teachers in ALL secondary school across the country. There will be champions for each state of the Federation and the FCT from which the overall winner will emerge. Prizes 1st Prize: N1,000,000.00 instantly N1,000,000.00 annually for 5 year. Capacity development training Fully equipped block of classrooms or computer laboratory N500,000 as State Champion. 2nd Prize: N1,000,000.00 N500,000 as State Champion 3rd Prize: 750,000.00 N500,000 as State Champion. State Champions: N500,000 as State Champion. The prizes for the Winner and Runners-up will be in addition to the N500,000.0
